Meet our silly Lucy Goose! Despite being sight impaired from a birth defect, Lucy lives her life to the fullest and doesnt let it slow her down any. Most people would not even be able to tell that she has a disability upon meeting her, and if anything her one beautiful blue eye enhances her already charming looks. Lucy has partial visibility and is able to play like any other happy thriving pup. And play she does! She loves to play bow and wrestle with other dogs, or partake in a friendly game of tug of war. Lucy is currently one of our front office greeters, so she spends all day in the company of many dogs of all shapes and sizes. At night, she goes home with our director where she is an excellent houseguest. She is calm in the house, crate trained, potty trained, and respectful of resident pooches. Lucy is a little love bug who loves receiving hugs, kisses and belly rubs from her human companions. She is wonderful with cats and children alike, and we dont think she has ever met anyone she doesnt like! We rescued her from Los Angeles in October, and her previous foster says she enjoyed running the treadmill at 4.0 speed and was a rock star at it.
