If you didnt already fall in love with her large, sincere brown eyes and adorable liver-spotted nose, then you will most certainly fall in love with Sauconys sweet-natured charm. We rescued this total sweetheart from San Bernardino County and she found herself warmly welcomed into the ranks of our temporary barking family as a part of the new shoes group. There hasnt been a single person who has met her who doesnt comment on what a wonderful and loving girl she is. Even though she was feeling under the weather around the time of her rescue, her gentle and pleasing personality still shone through. And lets face it pretty girl Saucony knows how to rock a hot pink doggie sweater! She enjoys roaming the play yards with her playmates, and she gets along with all dogs of all shapes and sizes. She has been a natural at every introduction with new friends whether two or four legged. Saucony recently accompanied volunteers on a group hike to Cowles Mountain and she was a big hit with passing hikers. Unsurprisingly she greeted everyone, canine and human, with a wagging tail and won them all over with her sweet and submissive personality. Saucony weighs around 45 pounds and is already fully grown at around a year and a half of age. She already knows how to sit both on the floor and on a chair (quite ladylike too, we might add!), and is sure to be quick at learning plenty of new tricks with her forever family!
