Tansy is an absolutely gorgeous, medium-sized three year old GSD. She was rescued from a hoarder, and has gained lots of life experience in SCGSR's care. She walks well on a leash, is crate-trained and housebroken, knows several basic commands, and LOVES to play ball! This loving girl is high-energy, and is always ready to get up and go--she'd be an ideal running partner, and she would excel at dog sports, like agility or flyball. Due to her energy level, she's best suited for a home with kids ten and up. Like most Shepherds, Tansy would benefit from a basic obedience course, and she'll need an owner committed to continuing her education in the world. She can still be frightened of strangers & unexpected situations outside of the home. Tansy gets along well with other dogs, and plays very exuberantly; no kitties for her, and she'd prefer a playful male doggie companion--or to be your treasured only pet!
